Interesting! Not sure what that really means to us as hobbiest.
I did see something at the blog that struck me.

Steve talks about now finally having the resources to take poser to places they never could before (due to financial costs?). Could it be that e-frontier will still be doing the development of the software under the umbrella of this Smith Micro company?
All I know is that I hope a bunch of people aren't suddenly finding themselves out of work :(
