Guys -- the doom & gloom stuff is frankly ridiculous. We won't know until we know. And we don't know now. The only thing that we DO know for certain at this point is what Steve has so kindly shared with us. Beyond that -- it's all crystal-ball-gazing garbage.
I like imaginative fantasy as well as the next fantasy fan -- but at least most of those flighty fans understand that their fantasies don't represent set-in-stone, assured patterns of what's actually going to happen in the real world. I could make up -- out of my own imagination -- all sorts of black scenarios, too......so what? It would still be fantasy, and it would still derive from nothing other than my own paranoid delusions & personal cynicism.
We'll know when we know: not before.
It would be nice if just once -- an announcement about something could be made in the Poserverse without the totally predictable negative predictions of IMPENDING DOOM FOR US ALL!!!!!!!! (we're all gonna die!) following.
But then again: it's become a tradition. I'd probably wonder where I was without it.
