Come to think of it, I thought selling all assets (except the Japanes ones which EF doesn't own) would have been worth a little bit more.

They only paid six million for the whole deal..... that includes Poser, Anime Studio, Manga Studio, (perhaps even some minor apps) and even ContentParadise is included in the deal.
