**Usually when you download content and open the zip, it's a Runtime folder you get. Just open your content folder and drop the Runtime folder there. Let it overwrite, that should do it. If that doesn't work, it's always possible that the files were originally placed improperly within that Runtime you downloaded and you'll have to locate them and place them in the proper folder where DAZ is telling you it is looking for them.
