This is a quickie jewelry shot, with fluorescent light with a highlight from a flashligh, no diffusion.  The metal sticks out a bit since the light was not diffused.  I needed a quick pic for the company files.

The stone is a tourmaline of unusual reddish color with orange reflections in the right lighting. The setting is gold. The stone is about 23mm edge to edge, from Afghani material.

This sort of stuff is fun to do compared to fixing a broken chain.    Tom.
