I might suggest that if things are that tight, consider cancelling the cable and Internet services, and save the power it costs to run a computer.
People who aren't one medical crisis away from poverty do a weird thing, they get jobs that include medical coverage.
Thankfully things aren't tight for my household. I'm not rich, but we're okay. We have medical coverage and my original statement applies to those who have medical coverage. Pay attention. You'll learn about the "weird things" CEOs of medical companies you PAY for are doing. Have a good night!
