nope, i have that skirt it's the firedancer by little fox
the problem is a joint parameter adustment that needs to be done.
the front thigh is sticking out funny.
in poser7 you will need to open the joint parameter window and slightly turn that particular part of the skirt dial until it goes away. then resave the character.

i would convert this skirt with the loose skirt and flair settings
