I use Silo and an old Cinema version (CE+, based on Cinema 6). Silo is great in Box modeling and morphing Poser models, Cinema has great NURBS possibilities. Silo has a curser which sticks on the surface of another Model which is great for Clothing - like Topology painting too. For the price it is a unbelievable good tool.

Try the demo, even if big downloads are difficult - Silo isn't that big in filesize, and the demo is unlimited for 30 Days.
