messenger, Please make sure that you are putting the Gift Certificate code in the GIFT CERTIFICATE field and not the coupon code field, that was the problem Marque was having as well as a few other members. Also be sure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the code when you copy and paste it into the Gift Certificate field.  Let me know if you continue having problems.

Your $5.00 was taken off your order total. The email receipt you get shows you the WHOLE order total but if you go to your account and look at the order you will see the gift certificate was applied.  The order total was $15.35, minus the $5.00 Gift Certificate and your paypal payment was for $10.35 so yours worked correctly.
