Hop over to philc.net and check out his Rotoscoper python script; it does what you want, and creates 2 right angled offset projection planes, just in case you can find (or make)video files from two cameras at right angles. It is possible to do it yourself in with the shaders in Poser, but you would need to talk to a shader guru about the best way to hook it up yourself. Premier is a good choice for this; just do a little expeimentation first. You can get some funky pixellation effects when you start changing one compressed format to another, and some codecs simply don't like others. If you use Rotoscoper, it has some image format limitations, so your would need to take those into account...
