Hi Panko,

I have morph magic and I can use it for V4,  This is how I do it:

I load V4.1 in poser and save it with another name in the same directory, let's say V4+morphs.
Be sure not to use external binary morph targets (in poser 7, preferences, I haven't used this method in poser 6)
Load in morph magic the V4+morphs.cr2 as Figure, load your cloth and transfer the morphs to it. ( I check FBMs and combine GMs
 When the morphs are transferred you can save your cloth.
I only use FBM and PBM morphs, because I don't know if the other morphs will work. V4 is a very complex and nasty piece of figure with morphs, magnets, external python routines and what's more, but these FBM and PBM morphs work as far as I know.

You can also use the new upgrade of Wardrobe wizard 2 to save morph targets in your cloths, works very well, but there are some troubles with V4-morphing (again) but Phil and Kamilche are working on a fix and a update.
