Found something that works for me (even if I may upgrade my PSP eventually). :-) I did a little reading about what all this Exif stuff is actually about, and how it really works, and came across a program called Exifer (http://www.friedemann-schmidt.com/software/exifer/). What it can do is export the data from the original image and then import it back into a modified version. First experiments look promising, as I guess if the data shows in my picasa gallery (which it does) it will show in the rosity gallery as well. :-) Many thanks for all replies.
