Figure Size is definitely a bad name for that option.  It makes sense only if you understand how it works - then I'd still avoid using it! :)

What it means is that there is a 'standard' Figure size.  At 100%, the object being imported will be scaled to fit that size (no matter how big or small it really is).  At any other percentage it will be scaled additionally to that percentage of that size.  This option might be useful if you know that your object is 'twice as big as' (however that is to be interpreted) as a Figure (?) - then you would use 200%.  Got me...

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.
