delete the present object file, and try decoding it again. Also, make sure that the two lines in the Cr2 file point to the right object and file in your geometries folder. Also, post a new thread about THIS specific problem, and see what others might advise. This figure works, so if its not working for you, there has to be a specific reason for it. Lots of figures have failed to work at various times, so there is a considerable knowledge out there on how to deal with this problem. Son't for get to mention which version of Poser you are running.
