The product you link to is not a Vue vegtation file, it is a 3d mesh created in another app, imported into Vue using one of the import formats Vue can read, and then saved as a Vue object ( the .vob format).
Vue vegetation files have the .veg extention, and they cannot be made from scratch, only based on existing Vue plants.
Only .veg files are solidgrowth, which means only them have an inbedded randomness when loaded into Vue ( there is always something different in the shape/colour of veg files), and the wind effect can only be applied to veg files.
vob files are 3d objects saved in the Vue file format for 3d meshes. They always load the same, there is no randomness, and wind doesn't work on them. If used in an ecosystem, variations in size. overall colour and orientation can be applied, but the shape always remains exactly the same.
