A slight correction: A psd file can be used in any node in Poser (I use Poser 5, maybe this has changed...); I often leave the psd unflattened so that i can be sure that the changes I've made are liked before commiting it to a final (smaller) file format. So, depending on how the psd is setup, and your skill with nodes(masks, and/or blender in this case), it is possible to use psd makeup files directly in poser. (:
