Are there differences between the order of operations suggested by cspear and MegaJax's workflows?

I mean: 

Load V4 > Load clothing > Conform clothing > Apply magnets if needed > Apply morph > Apply pose  (MegaJax)

and 

Load V4 > Apply morph > Apply pose > Load clothing > Conform clothing > Apply magnets if needed  (cspear)

Are these two sequences equivalent or one of them is better than the other one?
