It then had the prompt box for my router come up wanting password etc.
Note that anonym(dot)to is so you link to other sites anonymously and then it bring up the IP address for my router.See screen shot here
After I used google to translate the site so I knew what words meant, I managed to register without a problem and I wasn't redirected anywhere.
IMHO the site is fine.
Have you done a spyware scan on your computer?
So what happen to you before you registered?
