For what model do you want caveman cloths?
Pappy 411 has a lot of cloths that could probably be retextured to look like animal skins. His products cost about $8.95 or $11.65 (USD) apiece.

Renderosity has a package, Costumes Pack3 for CLOTHIM, by Zew3D, $5.00 (USD), which is made to add clothing to a skin texture for Michael 3.

It works with CLOTHIM 1.0 for M3, by Zew3D, $39.95 (USD). This application adds clothing, tattoos, scars, etc. to the texture map of M3 (but can probably be used for D3, H3, and the Freak).

It would not work with Wardrobe Wizard, as the “cloths” become part of the texture map of the figure.
PhilC offers a set of clothing design tools that could allow you to make clothing, which could be textured to your needs. The cost varies with the exact tools you choose.
