I had the same problem. When you save it as a jpg, save it at the highest resolution possible. The default is low and you will find that although the picture is smaller in size kb wise, it will look grainy. Save it at 100% and you will see it looks much nicer. Export > Image When the dialog box comes up under Save as type you will see Compression Set Max Quality 100 and you will get rid of the fuzzies. Also under render you might want to choose Anti-alias.
