Attached above is a MOR and Scale pose file for V3RR (it might also work on standard V3). It uses the stock morphs supplied with V3RR. Obviously its not exactly the same as you want, but it may serve as a starting point.

Save the file to a pose folder dropping the "TXT" part off the end of the file name. In Internet Explorer you should set the 'Save Type' to 'All Files' in the 'Save As' box.
