I'm pleased that StaceyG responded by asking,

It looks like from the screen shot that the page maybe isn't loading
all the way or something?? I'm not sure.

I have tried, without success, doing (a) page refresh; (b) clear disk cache
and then page refresh; (c) tearing my hair out. ... all without success.
