I gave up on this because I never did figure out what to look for. However, for those who are eager to get this jacket, what time zone are they going by?
As I type this at 8:32 am CST, it's already 11:32 pm in Japan.
So if they are going by Japanese server time, then you will have to have your entry in by 8:59 am Monday, January 31st, to get in on it.
