The tatoo is on Nitrate's site. The face has about 30 of Travelers morphs applied and took about 2 hrs to get right. There is two spotlights on the scene, one parented to the head (this one casts the shadow) and one pointing straight into the picture to take the edge of the shadow. Oh yeah, and about 3 hrs retouch in PShop.
