There is a program by Philc called obj2cr2, which can convert dynamic clothes to conforming clothes, and I think that wardrobe wizard 2 can also convert dynamic to conforming.  And there are two programs in the MP called : autogroup editor and quickconform, which can also convert objects (which dynamic cloths in fact are) to conforming clothes without any help from a modelling program and saving you the tedious task, to group the clothes by hand.
PS. I think that wardrobe wizard can also make groups for skirting but I haven't tried that yet.
