Now that we explained what copyrights and distribution rights are, I should remind you to read Renderosity's Terms of Service again, in particular the section related to our zero tolerance on illegal distribution.
It is clear now that you are giving away something that is not yours, without the authors permission to redistribute.
If this particular file remains on your site for download, I will take the matter to the Renderosity admins.
