You can use my MorphFromObjP6 script www.svdlinden.nl/webposerstuff/downloads/MorphFromObjP6.zip
It'll create an INJ/REM pose set for you. The deltas are within the INJ pose, and they are completely meaningless without V4LE (or V4, the morph will also work on the fully loaded V4).
The INJ and REM pose are safe to distribute, since there is absolutely no way to extract the V4 geometry from those files. The INJ file only contains the difference between the original vertex locations and the morphed vertex locations, without a clue as to where the original vertex used to be.
For the MorphFromObj script to work, you need the morphed V4LE as a single .OBJ file, with groups in the .OBJ that match the body part internal names of V4LE. If you haven't morphed the hands, you could export the morphed V4LE without hands (and MorphFromOBJ will not create a morph in the hands).
I don't know whether V4LE has injection channels. MorphFromOBJ requires injection channels to be present.
Hope this helps.
