Are you applying the pose to the first Victoria 4 loaded into the scene, assuming this is a V4 character, or to a second figure? If it's a second figure then it's because the pose includes settings for the magnets, and the ones attached to a second V4 have (2) added to their names which causes confusion. I have a script that you can run to remove the extra parts of the name, before applying any poses.
