I have no idea what that translates to in years  and I'm sure the bigger the better but I'd imagine the life cycle is as of yet less than that of a regular old fashoned hard drive ,  and even if the life cycle  is more there would have to be a constant source of electricty to keep data stored ie battery that when it ran down would lose all your data anyway.
