The Setup Room isn't that bad:) I'd rather have it than have to use Phibuilder. I actually have very little problem with the Setup Room. The thing I've found that makes working in the Setup Room  the easiest is having your model grouped and properly named before you  import it into Poser. 

For me, making morphs is totally the worst part of figure creation .... boring, but very much a necessity.

I rigged this in the Setup Room in about 10 minutes:)
