ongoing story out here.... complacent. it's too much to fight for your rights here,. go round it, rather than get rid of the obstacle, or just accept it and say "we getting broadband, so what's the use of fighting for 50-60 little kpbs? it's ok. let it be. who wants to fight with government officials pofficials? and if the company gives us proper broadband, they'll charge us more."
