don't take present troubles too much to heart.  take a step back, get used to a world where people can't say anything they want without getting hit, and after a while you'll get bored at all the polite conversation and come back.  well, actually, i think you'll just miss the fun.  take it easy, and let the annoyance pass.  i hope you come back, but only when it's fun and not stress.  and double on the help bit.
