I contacted my daughter and both her and her husband have checked and double checked and by what she is telling me, doing everything she is supposed to do. So it seems we still have a problem. Just to be absolutely sure I might be going to her house on Wednesday so I will also check, but in the meantime can you come up with any other solutions to the problem please.
