Hello,
Per our policy you have to contact the vendor to approve a refund. To contact the vendor you can use site mail or the contact link next to the vendor's name on the product page. Please allow the vendor 24-48 hrs to get back with you, if they do not get back with you within that time frame please contact store@renderosity.com and let us know so we can contact them on your behalf.
