Since this particular clothing set is dynamic (as it clearly states in the comment) you will have use it as dynamic cloth.
Create an animation (the standard 30 frame animation should do). Make sure your character has the appropriate (zero) pose in frame 1. Go to frame 30 and give it the pose you want (the one showing above) including any twisting and turning as desired. Clothify the clothing and run the simulation.
Now check the last couple of frames and the select the one you like best.
Dynamic clothing can be a difficult but it will give results no confoming clothing can ever hope to achieve. Remember for any dynamic clothing you need an animation (what happened before you reached the pose), it all has an impact on the flow of the clothing.
Material setting can have a great impact on dynamic clothing. Small changes in the parameters can have a dramatic impact.
I currently don't have this set of clothing (altough it does look great) and can only hope the instructions are adequate. Without instructions it would be near impossible for non-experienced users to get it to behave as expected. With correct instructions it should be relatively easy to set up and use.
