Search up the free figure called Apollo. It also takes Face Room. http://www.antonkisieldesigns.com/~akfiles/htmlpages/ApolloMaximusFree3dhumanfigure.htmThere are some commercial textures for it at ARTCollaborative and PoserPros I think but you may have what you need in the default package and the work by Bagginsbill.
Today I was using it with old Poser 4 and Poser 5 stock poses and it went alright with some tweeking.
