There are several things that can be troublesome with Poser imports so I won't cover them all until we have some more details. However, the preferred way to do open files is not by "importing" them but instead, adding the Runtime to your Content area in the Browser Tab. (you can have multiple Runtimes, I have 3 - P7, P6 and C6) Then just drag the scene into your Carrara scene. This prevents trying to import the "wrong" part of Poser scene and lets Carrara automatically grab the correct file it needs to open the P7 files properly. Mark
