There's a hybrid AnimeDoll head Aiko 3 body here in Freestuff . Do a search for 'madoka' by ken1171. Another one I like is BelBel (DAZ - and again with A3 body) and there's always the free Kururu at Poser Club Japan with lots of clothes being made for her.
