Hair is one of those things that you can use across all figures just by adjusting the parameter trans and scale dials and then using "Object" and "Change Parent" to reparent the hair to the new figure's head.

Here is a nice hair.

Also Mylochka has some gorgeous free hair.  Lots for P4 and V3, but they will work on any figure with rescaling.
