I see that markablue threw caution to the wind by asking,

Don't have a lot of funny photos but I've always liked to play with
people's faces. I don't like photographing them but manipulating is fun.

My son, of course - do it to it! :-D

Here's another spin on this thread. 

My own contribution is limited -- my photomanipulation skills are nonexistant. 

OTOH, I want to tell you about something I saw in an art book ...

You may or may not be familar with the fantsy artists,
Boris Vallejo & Julie Bell ... and their web site, www.imaginistix.com ...

Their technique is to work from reference photographs ... and then
go on to highly imaginative fantasy images. 

In one of my art books by Julie Bell, she includes a fantasy image that
was originally based on a photograph of her son. 

In the caption for that image, (as I recall), she said that she asked him
to look "ferocious" ... the resulting final image is called "Child's Play"

... IMO, your son is too much of an angel for that treatment ... isn't he?
