The problem with trying to gather up all of the resources you used in a .pz3 file and packaging it up for use on another computer is that Poser relies on the runtime paths to the items inside the .pz3 file. So if you take all of that stuff to a different computer and don't put them back in the exact same structure/path, Poser will be making you find textures, geometries, cr2, INJ morphs, Deltas etc etc.

So far as getting rid of the extra morphs that were not used, I have no clue. I asked and was told you have to go one by one and delete them,  :blink:  I think later that  Ockham or svdl made a script or three to do it automatically, but it was very complicated and I never did figure it out.
