As of late I can't even open Poser with an idea of what to render or create.

Welcome to my world!!   I am rarely inspired to create much these days. All I can say is don't try and force it because it will only lead to frustration.

Look around for contests to enter even in you think you aren't good enough. It will still inspire you and besides, you never know. But you won't win if you don't try.

Try looking at magazines for ads. Have a favourite game or movie? Try recreating a scene from it.

You can also borrow my muse, who seems to be asleep on the job,  lol
