What figure are you trying to use there ? If it's Sydney, take a look in the hair/poser 7/Sydney G2 bit of your runtime.  There's a couple of different hair's in there.  Just double click on one and it'll appear on her head

 

I tried that and it just opened another Windows Explorer window with it in  :o(  I'll get there eventually though!  :o)

You have to open it within Poser, not in windows itself
