I have contacted Raptura twice, but never got a reply, altough he/she read my messages.
The cloud brushes are pretty good and will give you good results if you know how to use them.But the customer support is awfull.
Other merchants are usually including a small tutorial in about how to use their products (especially if those products are tricky).But this merchant doesn't even reponds to your messages, wich left me only with this option...to post a help message here.
