prior to the change, the html box didn't display for  me  in explorer or safari, but it
displayed (and allowed text entries) in netscape.
after the change, the html box still doesn't display for  me  in explorer or safari,
and it doesn't allow text entries in netscape.
so apparently it became slightly less functional, for me at least.
