I got the Hex2 one recently, and had a problem getting it to work. Called and left a message for tech support this morning. Got a return call in about 2 hours, and a very helpful fellow asked a few questions, and quickly came up with a suggestion that resolved the problem.
A-1 tech support.
(I'll be getting into the tutorials tomorrow)
