lol not insane, 64 bit CAN address that (iirc limit is 2 tertrabytes of RAM actually but very few motherboards can take more than 8 gigs of RAM at moment and obviously RAM chips themselves are sitll limited in size), thus, my Illithid Eclipse scene with tons of models, only went down to 73% resources, while editing. 2 gig system would have died with half as much, AND I could edit it smoothly in the 8 gig system.

128 gigs is max for vista ultimate, but 64 bit systems should theoretically be able ot handle 2 tertabytes iirc ;)
remember, it's a 64 bit system....not 32 :)
Just need ot make sure you have a good motherboard that can handle that amount of RAM.
