Once you are registered, do the following to be able to login and download:

Don't click "Join Now". Instead, fill in your user name and password in the 2 boxes below it, and then click on the 4 ???? below that.

You know you are at the right screen to download when you get the "I Heart Poser". If you don't see that you aren't logged in properly.  Click the "Download" button.

Locate what you want to download and don't wait for the download to automatically start.  Follow the directions below.
