Hello I did install a few months ago PPP on a mobile hard drive until the software get stable. With the new patch it looks like it is now. My question is when I will install over my current installation it will convert RSR to PNG and put OBJ in the same directory as the file, no more in the geometry folder. Is it right? What will happen when I download or buy a new item where the obj will be put in geometry folder and there will be no PNG?

The geometry folder stays. All your existing characters still use it. On new characters you make in the set-up room, it will place the object in the library folder with the cr2. As far as thumbnail .rsr's go... whenever you open a library, PoserPro will go through and convert any rsr's in that library that don't have PNG's yet... so you can install existing characters just like normal (and just go thru and clean rsr's out every once in a while to conserve drive space).

WHen you say a library, do you mean like the complete PROPS or the complete CHARACTER library folders? If I do a save of an existing character with a new name or existing name will an obj be create with the CR2? If yes, then I will have two obj in two different places!

When I say library, I mean the individual folders in the props section, character section, etc.. If your obj is in the geometries folder it keeps it there. The only time it writes a new obj in the same directory as your cr2 is when you create a new character in the set-up room.
