Seems like Fran is onto the experimental track full-speed ahead!  Great stuff there alright!

I'm working on one that will imitate fire-light at night with random candles.... Sure, it could be done with actual lights in the scene, but this way you don't have to actually have them, which will increase render speeds, especially if the candles and fire aren't visible in the view.   You can get the effects without the cost of the lights.

I'm also working on some to imitate sunlight in a dense forest....and other natural lighting of that sort.

This is kinda what I hope to achieve with this.
